She is professional, friendly, and accommodating. Most importantly, she and her staff delivered an absolute wonderful experience for us and our guests. I had a wonderful Birthday Party here! Tracey and her staff were amazing to work with. I Would definitely recommend. The venue was close to home so I did not have to travel far! Only thing I would recommend is to allow clients to be able to come in 2 to 3 hrs earlier (no additional costs) to set up/ decorations and maybe add additional amenities in the kitchen area like an air fryer (for items you don't want to microwave) and an additional prep table would be nice too especially if you are doing your own food! Thank you for your lovely hospitality.
